This Peanut Butter Chocolate Freezer Fudge is a simple, no-bake treat that's perfect for a quick dessert or snack. Made with natural peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and rich dark chocolate chips, it sets in the freezer to create a creamy, satisfyingly sweet fudge that's naturally gluten-free and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Fudge Mixture

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (optional, if your peanut butter isn't salted)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. This will make it easy to remove the fudge once set.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt (if using) until smooth and well combined. Then sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly over the top of the mixture.
  3. Freeze to set: Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 30-45 minutes to allow the fudge to firm up completely.
  4. Cut and serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the freezer and use the parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy immediately or store properly for later.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep the fudge stored in a sealed, airtight container in the freezer. Because it will melt at room temperature, it must be kept frozen. This fudge will stay fresh for up to a month.
  • Salt note: Add the sea salt only if your peanut butter isn't salted to enhance the flavor balance.
  • Serving suggestion: Enjoy this fudge chilled straight from the freezer as a quick energy-boosting snack or dessert.
