A refreshing and easy-to-make Caramel Iced Coffee that combines cooled brewed coffee with rich caramel syrup, milk, and optional whipped cream and caramel sauce for the perfect iced coffee treat.

Ingredients

Cold Coffee Mixture

  • 8 ounces brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 - 1 ounce caramel syrup for coffee (or a store-bought brand like Torani or Monin)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • 4 ounces whole milk

Garnish

  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Microwave caramel sauce (optional, or a store-bought brand like Ghirardelli or Torani)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill the drink and keep it cold.
  2. Mix coffee and syrup: Pour the cooled brewed coffee, caramel syrup, and a pinch of sea salt (if using) over the ice. Stir thoroughly until the syrup is fully dissolved into the coffee.
  3. Add milk: Pour in the whole milk and stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Garnish and serve: Optionally, top with whipped cream and drizzle microwave caramel sauce or store-bought caramel sauce over the top for an indulgent finish. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of caramel syrup to suit your sweetness preference.
  • Using whole milk provides a creamy texture but you can substitute with any milk alternative.
  • The pinch of sea salt is optional but enhances the caramel flavor.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, brew your coffee stronger or use cold brew.
  • Ensure coffee is cooled before adding ice to prevent dilution.
